What We Learned at Disney’s Gold Level Earmarked Agent Education Program
There’s something extra magical about packing your bags for a Disney destination and this trip was especially exciting! We are heading home from the Disney Destinations Gold Level Earmarked Agent Education Program at Disneyland Resort in California, and we can’t wait to share everything we learned firsthand.
This incredible training opportunity allowed travel advisors like us to dive even deeper into everything Disney has to offer so we can better serve our clients and help families plan unforgettable vacations to:

Over the past few days, we were fully immersed in all things Disney!
What We Experienced
This educational program was designed to give travel advisors hands-on experience throughout the Disneyland Resort while also providing in-depth classroom training directly from Disney.
During the program, we:
• Explored both Disneyland parks
• Toured Disney resorts
• Visited the Downtown Disney District
• Learned about exciting upcoming Disney offerings
• Attended educational sessions led by Disney professionals
• Experienced transportation, dining, entertainment, and resort amenities firsthand
This type of training provided valuable knowledge that simply can’t be learned from a brochure or website alone.
Exploring the Parks
Of course, one of the most exciting parts of the trip was spending time inside:
• Disneyland Park
• Disney California Adventure Park
We experienced attractions, entertainment, dining, and the overall guest experience while learning tips and details that will help future clients make the most of their vacations.
There is something incredibly special about seeing Disney through the eyes of both a guest and a travel professional. Every detail mattered from transportation flow and resort proximity to dining locations and park strategies.
Touring the Disneyland Resorts
One of the best ways to help clients choose the perfect resort is by experiencing them personally. During our visit, we explored Disney’s on-site hotels and learned the differences between each resort category, atmosphere, amenities, and location benefits.
We visited:
• Disneyland Hotel
• Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa
• Pixar Place Hotel
Each resort offered its own unique Disney experience, and being able to walk the properties ourselves helped us better match families with the right fit for their vacation style and budget.
