Everything You Need to Know About Bluey at Disney’s Animal Kingdom
Families visiting Disney's Animal Kingdom this summer have something exciting to look forward to! Bluey and Bingo are officially arriving at the park for a brand-new interactive experience inspired by the hit children’s show, Bluey.
Beginning May 26, guests can experience Bluey’s Wild World at Conservation Station, part of the Cool KIDS’ SUMMER celebration at Walt Disney World. The experience combines interactive play areas, animal encounters, themed food and merchandise, and educational exhibits centered around Australia’s wildlife and conservation efforts.
Here’s everything guests need to know before visiting.
Bluey’s Wild World at Conservation Station
Located inside Conservation Station at Rafiki’s Planet Watch, Bluey’s Wild World is designed as an immersive experience where families can step into some of Bluey and Bingo’s favorite games and adventures.
Guests will hear familiar music from the show while participating in playful activities inspired by memorable Bluey moments, including games like:
• Keepy Uppy
• Magic Asparagus
• Interactive dance and movement activities
• Bubble-filled finale celebrations
The experience is designed for younger children and families, while still keeping the educational and animal-focused atmosphere that Animal Kingdom is known for.
How the Virtual Queue Works
When Bluey’s Wild World opens, guests will need to use a virtual queue to access Conservation Station experiences during the initial launch period.
The virtual queue includes access to:
• Bluey’s Wild World
• Jumping Junction
• The Wildlife Express Train
• Animal Care experiences at Conservation Station
There will not initially be a standby line available.
Guests can attempt to join the virtual queue through the My Disney Experience app at two different times each day:
7:00 a.m.
• Valid park admission is required
• A Disney’s Animal Kingdom reservation may also be required depending on ticket type
• Guests do not need to be inside the park yet
10:00 a.m.
• Guests must already be inside Disney’s Animal Kingdom
• Valid admission is required
Getting to Conservation Station
To reach Bluey’s Wild World and the other Conservation Station offerings, guests must take the Wildlife Express Train.
The train station is located in the Africa section of the park near Harambe Market. The short ride transports guests to Rafiki’s Planet Watch, where Conservation Station is located.
Because transportation relies on the train, families may want to allow extra time in their day for travel to and from the area.
Animal Experiences at Conservation Station
In addition to the Bluey-themed activities, guests can still enjoy the educational animal care exhibits Conservation Station is known for.
Popular experiences include:
• Veterinary Treatment Room: Guests can look through viewing windows into the veterinary care area where Disney’s animal experts treat animals living at the park.
• Animal Nutrition Center: This area showcases how Disney prepares specialized meals for animals throughout Animal Kingdom.
• Amphibian, Reptile, and Invertebrate Displays: Families can observe smaller animal species including frogs, reptiles, insects, and other unique creatures.
• Science Center: Guests can learn more about the conservation and research efforts led by Disney’s Animals, Science and Environment teams.
Jumping Junction: Meet Animals from Australia
One of the newest additions to Conservation Station is Jumping Junction, an Australia-inspired habitat featuring kangaroos and wallabies.
This area ties directly into Bluey’s Australian roots and gives families a chance to learn more about marsupials and wildlife from Australia.
Fun Facts Guests May Learn:
• Baby kangaroos and wallabies are called joeys
• Both animals are marsupials, meaning babies continue developing inside a pouch after birth
• Kangaroos are much larger than wallabies
• A group of kangaroos or wallabies is called a “mob”
